Where can I get ethernet drivers?

I have a Compaq Armada M300, with Tong PC Card 3Com Megahertz. XJACK and Dell 2350 wireless router. The problem is that if I try to connect, my laptop does not recognize my Ethernet as Ethernet network adapters. I told the driver where I have the right Ethernet. How can I download and install or not? (I Currentley the net to get out of the line. USB plug in my laptop into the modem and my). I would like to link ... Compaq (HP website.) not a program where I can download and install a router and my Presented to me without a CD or a password. Website not links to the Ethernet. I need the exact name or know the correct link to download.

Compaq.com first link below will take you as you want. OS. The second link is as at home. XP and it should be with a network link to get to download the driver.
