Why wont my boat rebuild i7?

Just everything in my mail today. - The list GIGABYTE GA EX58 - DS4 Intel X58 LGA 1366 Intel Intel ATX motherboard. Core i7 G. SKILL 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240 - Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666), I have everthing, including the drive and will be 9800 GTX and the system will rotate for about two and restart. And we believe this to be done. Thought it might be a short circuit, so I pulled it out and try it. I did everything the same, and only need RAM and CPU on the board the same thing. I have tried each ram stick individually. And still the same, I disconnected the CPU and only 12V power connecter plug. ATX and the Committee in what is here happened? CPU board is not good is not good please help! Thanks to destroy.

I have the same problem with the same motherboard. My problem is when the RAM is not list "Manufacturer approved", even if the premium brands. Alleged with LGA1366 work. Board. I ended up printing the list. RAM has been approved and buy a stick so would Post it only. After booking, I tweaked pressure RAM BIOS settings for RAM, the better for me and it worked perfectly.
