Power, form factor, advice?

My power supply recently. This from my Compaq. Presario sr1350nx I'm looking for replacement is not necessary to speak. One that came with your computer. Bestec ATX - 300 - 12ZCDR I do not like this format because it is actually a high price. kinda like HP is low, but I know I have to hold. Form factor in mind. Am I doing this? Hope for a different format or not to buy.
